Vibrant crimson red with a dark magenta core. Lifted and aromatic, this wine shows typical cabernet characters with mint, black olives and berries predominating. The wine is completed with subtle mocha oak. This opulent wine is fresh and vibrant. The soft tannins are surrounded by berry like fruits, with some chocolate and vanillin like flavours. Ideally suited to Beef, Pasta, Lamb. |
Almond yellow. Aromas of melon and quince are complemented by subtle yet complex oak tones. Sweet pineapple and melon flavours are supported by spicy roasted nut characters. The partial malo-lactic fermentation, and time spent on lees adds a soft, creamy mouthfeel. Ideally suited to Chicken, Pasta, Seafood. |
Bright youthful red cherry with ruby red core. Floral, rose petal and violets surrounded with red cherry fruit and spicy oak. A core of red fruits, red cherries and plums with strawberries and cream. The wine is softly textured with a spicy oak finish and defining ripe tannins. Ideally suited to Lamb, Pasta, Pizza. |
Straw with light honey hues. Fresh tropical fruits with melon and some hints of pineapple combined with a leescontact creaminess make the nose reminiscent of freshly toasted fruit filled muesli. Youthful and lively fruit flavours of strawberry, raspberry, and loganberry follow from the nose. A medium bodied wine with a sweet-fruited mid-palate and great balance.
