The wine is pale straw in colour. The nose has vibrant fruit intensity with nectarine and peach characters evident in both the aroma and palate. There are also nuances of ripe citrus and melon and a fi ne layering of oak complexity. The palate shows textural weight and balance with a soft creaminess. Serve lightly chilled on its own or as an accompaniment to a wide range of dishes including white meat, poultry, pasta and the freshest seafood. |
