The contemporary Promised Land range of wines is crafted from quality fruit sourced from both the family’s Clare Valley estate as well as other premium South Australian regions, including Coonawarra, Padthaway and the Barossa. Designed to be fun, fruit-driven and offer tremendous value.
Dark red with purple hues in colour. Lifted aromas of plum, red berries, licorice and a hint of chocolate. Subtle spice, cedar and vanilla characters from oak maturation add to the complexity of the bouquet. This is a medium-bodied wine with soft, round and gloriously fleshy palate. Delicious flavours of ripe plum, red berries abound with subtle licorice and chocolate evident. The finish is clean and long with soft, elegant tannins from the Cabernet Sauvignon. Enjoy this wine with Lamb cutlets with garlic mash. |
Vibrant pink with a bright red hue in colour. The wine has aromas of freshly picked strawberries, subtle lavender and leafy cabernet fruit. Flavours of strawberry, red berry fruit and blackcurrant are followed by a pleasant, cleansing acidity that lingers on the palate. Serve chilled, this wine is perfect for drinking on a hot summer’s day! Crafted to be enjoyed while young and fresh. |
Pale yellow with a light green hue on release. A perfumed wine with lifted aromas of lavender, limes and musk. The wine has tropical fruit, splashes of brown lime, green apples and clean mineral notes. The mid palate is fresh and fruity. The wine has excellent acid balance and the natural sweetness gives the wine a round, luscious texture. The finish lingers well after the wine is enjoyed. Best enjoyed young and fresh with mild Indian curry. |
Pale straw with a green hue in colour. Lifted fresh tropical fruit aromas of guava and passionfruit with subtle lemon flavours. A juicy delicate wine with subtle lemon, lime and passion fruit characters. Zesty and mouth-filling the wine ends with clean refreshing acidity on the finish. At release it is a pale straw colour with a slightly green hue. The wine has fresh, lifted aromas of yellow peach, along with some subtle tropical fruit characters and a touch of citrus. This wine is mouth-filling whilst still having a light and delicate texture. The mid palate is of medium weight with fleshy yellow peach, subtle pineapple and citrus flavours. There is a refreshing, tight acidity and a lovely clean finish. |
