Yalumba Premium Selection Cabernet Merlot is garnet red with crimson hues. Blackberry, cherry, plum and some violet aromas intermingle with hints of leather and complex oak. A full to medium palate which shows nice sweet dark fruit characters, combined with wood complexity and supple tannins.

Yalumba Premium Selection Cabernet Sauvignon is dark crimson with some garnet hues. The nose displays brooding blackberries and black currants with spicy fruitcake and leather nuances. Juicy dark fruit flavours hold great presence on the palate, while regal tannins make this wine full and robust.

Yalumba Premium Selection Cabernet Shiraz is garnet red with maroon tinges. Dark berries meld with chocolate vanillan aromas. A bright yet brooding palate is forward yet restrained with a juicy middle palate and a powerful tannin backbone.

Yalumba Premium Selection Chardonnay is pale straw in colour with fragrant ripe peach, melons and hints of citrus and rose. The palate offers nice round textures which reveal ripe peaches, honey and subtle butter and vanilla biscuit nuances.

Yalumba Premium Selection Merlot is maroon with crimson hues. Bright plum and cherry aromas show hints of violets and game. Plum raspberry flavours softly move to savoury truffle and game nuances, finishing with silky tannins.

Yalumba Premium Selection Riesling is pale straw in colour with green tinges. The nose displays aromas of citrus blossoms and limes with lavender and waxy hints followed by flavours of lime and green apple, brought together by a lively mineral acid finish.
