little BOTTLER Exclusive

Tyrrell's Fifth Generation
Premium Brut
Medium straw in colour with a fine continuous bead. The nose has lifted fruit characters with some slight 'toastiness'. This characteristic shows the benefits of blending both aged and young wines to give this consistent style. The palate is soft and full flavoured with a good 'mousse'.
An ideal aperitif and will compliment hors d’oeuvres, pate, eggs, vegetables, fish and smoked small goods.

Yellowglen believe bubbly should be fun. But when it comes to creating some of Australia's best sparkling wines they're never more serious.
Yellowglen Vintage Bella Yellowglen Vintage Bella is soft, fruity and feminine with a vintage feel. Soft rose pink in colour, this wine displays aromas of rosewater, musk and Turkish delight on the nose. The luscious palate displays raspberry, strawberry and rose characters, supported by a fresh, soft and fruity finish. Delicious with strawberry shortcake, scones with cream and jam or summer pudding. |
Yellowglen Vintage Cremant Yellowglen Vintage Cremant is a deliciously soft, fruity and slightly sweet sparkling wine that is creamy on the palate. Perfect on its own or as a partner to fresh fruit or delicate savouries. |
Yellowglen Vintage Leila Yellowglen Vintage Leila is an elegant blend of aromatic varieties, Sauvignon Blanc and Traminer. Well balanced and certainly not over the top, Leila delivers lovely fruit freshness and sweet fruit flavour, while finishing with a typically zippy Sauvignon Blanc finish. This delicious bubbly matches perfectly with delicate natural seaford such as Sydney Rock Oysters, King George Whiting, Scallops, and also complements the natural fruit based desserts. |
Yellowglen Vintage Pinot Noir Chardonnay Yellowglen Vintage Pinot Noir Chardonnay is vibrant pale yellow in the glass. Lively aromas of cashew nuts and rich bread dough develop on the palate with hints of strawberry. This superb vintage is full flavoured, complex and well structured yet elegant and creamy with a crisp, dry finish. Serve with oysters, prawns and smoked salmon, or as a sophisticated aperitif or accompaniment to hors d'oeurves. |
